Paralegal, Office Manager, MBSAT Facilitator
16-year Veteran of the Armed Forces, having served in both the United States Air Force and the United States Army. A VFW, Ms. Lisbon served during Operations Desert Storm and Desert Shield. Ms. Lisbon holds an A.S. in Legal Studies and a B.S. in Paralegal Studies, both from Johnson & Wales University, and a J.D. from Barry University. She is a high-performing, strategic thinking professional with more than 20 years of experience in business development services. Highly skilled at relationship building with clients and across organizations and teams, Ms. Lisbon brings energy and a sense of urgency in spreading awareness via public speaking, presenting, and mentoring. She maintains a focused interest in communities plagued with the interpersonal struggles and inequities of today.

With a background spanning over two decades in community service and education, she has dedicated herself to making a positive impact. Her expertise lies in championing diversity, equity, and inclusion within organizations. Through raising awareness, strategizing for change, she strives to create a more harmonious and just environment. Serena's commitment to promoting human rights and social justice has always been characterized by peaceful actions. By dispelling stigmas through support, empathy, advocacy, and connecting people to resources, she aims to create a world that embraces understanding and acceptance.
